In Sweden, fika is more than a coffee break — it's a cherished ritual of gathering with people you love over something sweet. It's our primary way of socialising, and it's at the heart of everything I bake.
I'm Andrea — a self-taught baker who made the journey from Sweden to the UK in 2018. Since 2022 I've been running my home bakery in Westbury, crafting bespoke buttercream cakes made entirely to order. Every cake is fresh, personal, and designed around you.

A true Swedish classic and a personal favourite. Layers of soft sponge, vanilla custard, raspberry jam and whipped cream — all wrapped in a smooth green marzipan dome topped with a pink rose.
